Stephen Blundell, Operations Director
Stephen has worked in a number of roles in housing and regeneration across Yorkshire since the mid-1990s, beginning his career as a housing assistant. He has extensive experience in housing management and maintenance, asset management, regeneration, development and in leading and managing organisational change. Stephen is a former Chair of the Chartered Institute of Housing in Yorkshire and the Humber, and has experience of working with charities, social enterprises and community-based organisations in a non-executive capacity.
