Megan Henderson, Company Secretary
Megan has worked for Leeds Federated since 2003 in a variety of roles, starting her career as a customer service advisor before qualifying and moving into Human Resources and Organisational Development in 2010 then taking on the Head of Corporate Services and Company Secretary role in 2019. Megan is a former chair of the NHF HR group for the Yorkshire and Humber region, was a Board Member for WISH Yorkshire and Humber and is currently a Board member for Harrogate Housing Association. As a member of the organisations Leadership team she reports directly to the Chief Executive and provides Governance support to the Board.
