Zuzka Downing, Area Manager
Zuzka is responsible for the general day to day running of the area and managing the team to provide a customer centred service focussing on quality and value. The team cover everything from housing related services such as letting our properties or tackling anti-social behaviour to collecting rent, supporting customers who are struggling financially or need additional support in their homes as well as the area surveyors who keep an eye on the condition of our properties.
