Emma Akroyd, Income Services Officer
Emma is part time Income Services Officer, working Wed, Thurs and Fridays,covering all the North Area. Income Service Officers are responsible for the supportive and proactive income collection of rent, service charges and other debts from our customers regularly and on time with the aim of sustaining tenancies. Customers are supported with Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Housing Costs claims and regular home visits in connection with income recovery, serving notices and possession proceedings in line with our ‘firm but fair’ approach.
