Claire Stone, Chair of Operations Committee

Claire is  a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has worked in social housing for 25 years, in a variety of roles, but always rooted in providing good quality homes and services to tenants. She is Executive Director of Customer Experience at Accent Group and has delivered a number of initiatives around customer service innovation and Asset Management working with the Board, HCA and the local county council. Claire is personally committed to the importance of social housing in meeting housing need in diverse communities. She believes that the social housing sector is strengthened by the continued existence of locally focused housing associations that know their communities inside out.
