Jaedon Green, Chair of Audit and Risk Committee and Governance Committee

Jaedon joined Leeds Federated in 2018, following a career in financial services; most recently Chief Customer Officer at Leeds Building Society.

Supporting the national housing agenda, Jaedon brings extensive experience in consumer regulated industries, housing, development and financial services. As a subject matter expert he is routinely consulted as independent adviser to Bank of England, Government, developers, regulators, National Housing Federation and UK Finance (formerly Council of Mortgage lenders). His other commitments include non-executive director at Ecology Building Society and deputy chair of a local allotment ‘community interest company.’

Jaedon lives in Leeds with his wife, rescue chickens and grumpy cat, albeit he can often be found walking the Lake District fells with their trail hound; also a rescue.
