Leeds Federated student accommodation is concentrated around the University of Leeds main campus. We welcome students from both the University of Leeds and Leeds Metropolitan University . We have accommodation for 2 to 4 people sharing and a small number of studio and one bedroom flats. Accommodation includes: central heating.Furnishings include carpets and curtains, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and cooker. Flats are rented for a minimum of 12 months from 1st July to 30th June and a deposit is payable. Rent is £58 per person/per week payable in advance and a deposit of £260 per person is required. Once we receive your form we will arrange a property viewing for you.
