...rent a property?
Waiting List
Leeds Federated works in partnership with Leeds City Council using
a single waiting list known as the Housing Register. In order to be
considered for a property in Leeds you need to have a live

Choice based lettings
The majority of our properties are allocated using a choice based

advertised in the Leeds Homes flyer and applicants are invited to
express their interest in a property by placing a 'bid'.
