The Customer Service Centre
Being available for customers to get in touch with us and
dealing with your enquiries quickly and effectively is a key part
of our service. Our Customer Service Advisors offer help and advice
on a range of topics including:
- Account balance and statement requests
- Rent payments by credit and debit card
- Housing applications
- General housing and neighbourhood issues
If we can't resolve your query straight away, we will put you in
touch with a member of staff with the appropriate specialist
knowledge. Please try to make clear the nature of your enquiry so
that it can be dealt with as effectively as possible.
During office hours
Our telephone service is available between 8.30am and 5pm on
working weekdays. We can also be contacted by
email or in writing. Our office is open from 9am until 5pm and
you are welcome to call into reception although we advise you make
an appointment to avoid disappointment.
Evenings, weekend and public holidays
During evenings, weekends and public holidays we provide a
comprehensive out of hours service, which allows you to report
emergency and routine repairs, log incidents of antisocial
behaviour and make general and rent account enquiries. This service
is provided on our behalf by Broadacres Housing Association
and is available on the normal telephone number: 0113 3861000.
Languages
We are able to speak to you in over 100 languages by connecting
you with a fully qualified interpreter. If you wish to utilise this
service then please call Customer Services who will be happy to
arrange connection.
