This is a former hospital site, which is currently being redeveloped by Taylor Woodrow Homes (private developer). Leeds Federated, are acquiring units from, Taylor Woodrow as part of the planning permission (PPG3). We will be providing 8 units.

The mix of the units, 2 wheelchair bungalows, 3 Shared Ownership family houses and 3 family houses for rent. The scheme is due to complete in April 2006.
