Sharp Lane, Rothwell, Leeds

Leeds Fed in Partnership with Leeds South Homes have commenced the re-development of Sharp Lane Ph2 to provide 24 new build properties, which consist of 10 bungalows for rent and 14 2&3 bedroom houses for sale on a Shared Ownership basis.The scheme due to complete in July 2006.

This scheme forms part of an ongoing programme of regeneration on this site. Phase one has already been completed and work on phase three should commence in summer 2006 subject to funding confirmation from the Housing Corporation in March 2006.
