Leeds Federated in partnership with Wakefield MDC have negotiated a
further site within the Hemsworth area to provide 7 x 2 bed houses
for sale on a shared ownership basis, which will enhance the
regeneration work that is already taking place within this
area.
The units will be acquired by Leeds Fed through the planning
conditions in a similar way to those at Southmoor
Hospital.
