From time to time, Leeds Fed has properties for sale on a shared ownership basis, as well as offering a resale service of existing shared ownership properties.You buy a share and rent the rest from us - you will need to obtain mortgage but as you pay part rent, this can be cheaper than buying the whole property in one go.
