Hemsworth, Wakefield

Leeds Fed are currently engaged by, Wakefield MDC , to acquire and demolish 201 units on their behalf. These proposals will deliver part of a community regeneration project in the Hemsworth area of, South-East Wakefield.

The redevelopment of the area will create a new community through improved, housing standards, together with using tenant consultation as a key method of developing the re-provision in the area, thus improving the sustainability and environment of the Hemsworth area.
