Head of Business Development - Simon Garnett-Spence

The Business Development team is responsible for the identification of new business opportunities and the subsequent procurement of developments and delivery into Housing Management. The team operates from offices in Harrogate and Leeds.

The team provides accommodation to meet a number of housing needs:

• General needs for rent - New build and rehabilitation
• Shared Ownership
• Supported Housing
• Market Renting

The team has a number of internal customers and external contacts including:
