Strictly Come Business

Leeds Federated, along with other social housing providers in Leeds, has been involved in the Enterprising Communities initiative 'Strictly Come Business', seeking out social housing tenants who are potential entrepreneurs and entering them into a Dragons Den-Like competition with a fantastic prize of investment and support for their new business.

The Grand Final was held on Friday 5th June at Leeds Met's Ghandi Hall with an impressive line-up of celebrity judges including an ex-apprentice star!

Sadly a Leeds Fed tenant didn't win the final but Clem Bloomfield for Holbeck with his IT business, supplying affordable computer equipment to social housing tenants came in 3rd place and Bukkie Dos Santos from Woodhouse with her Media Company came 4th.
