Here at Leeds Fed we pride ourselves on the conditions and

minor adjustments to make it even more accessible for disabled
staff and tenants
Each new staff member will have a chat with the Chief Executive
( he doesn't bite honest !), a tour of the Association, a meeting
to go through the Staff Handbook, an Induction Manual providing all
the information you will need during your probationary period, an
Induction day with other new staff members and a full session on
Culture and Diversity.
We became accredited as an Investor in People in 2001 and aim to
help staff develop and grow within the organisation, encouraging
internal promotion and providing training and study as a result of
regular appraisals.
We offer 29 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays, flexible
