...rent a property?

Waiting List

Leeds Federated works in partnership with Leeds City Council using a single waiting list known as the Housing Register. In order to be considered for a property in Leeds you need to have a live application on this Register.
For an application pack you can contact us or e-mail Leeds City Council leeds.homes@leeds.gov.uk.

Choice based lettings

The majority of our properties are allocated using a choice based lettings system. This means that available properties are advertised in the Leeds Homes flyer and applicants are invited to express their interest in a property by placing a 'bid'.
Bids can be made by contacting us or contacting Leeds Homes on 0113 247 6313 or accessing the website at www.leedshomes.org.uk
