Changing Your Fuel Supplier

You are free to change your fuel supplier anytime you wish (although all suppliers have rules governing this). It is always a good idea to check the prices of different gas suppliers and whether having both gas and electricity from the same supplier would be cheaper. There are a number of price comparison websites available including;

We have PCs in our reception area at Arthington House where you can access the internet for tasks such as this and you are welcome to use them during office opening hours of 9am to 5pm. Please remember to allow sufficient time to use this service before the office closes at 5pm.

Changing Your Meter

If you wish to change the type of meter that you have installed currently, for instance from a metered one to a pre-payment one to assist with budgeting, then you are advised to discuss this with Leeds Federated. Please remember the cost of gas or electricity supplied by a pre-payment meter is always more expensive than that supplied by a normal metered service. If you get into difficulties with paying your fuel bills then you can either contact us for advice or your fuel supplier who also may be able to assist.
